      Strata Management, Owners Corporations/Body Corporates, Dept of Fair Trading, NCAT, Executive Committees. Organisations in existence and “supposedly” designed for people living in or owning a strata property but when action is required to be taken on a issue.  The result is always the same.  Nothing.

      I wonder, if there is a way to make real change to strata and all that it implies and considering the simple fact of more strata based accommodation going up.   It is time that serious change be made as problems/issues will only increase and residents, owners will find it extremely difficult to live in a building that is exploited in one way or another by either bad strata managers or bad owners.

      I have found that STRATA is another word for money in the bank.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
