notice for toxic cleanup

      I seem to recall reading that an EC had to give notice if any chemicals were to be used in the complex.  Is that correct?  And if so, how much notice do they need to give?  Cheers

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
