      The Owners Corporation Network’s (OCN) submission to the NSW Government’s current NSW Strata Legislation Review is now posted on the OCN website https://www.ocn.org.au/feature/ocn-submission-strata-act-review. The submission is in three parts: Improving Strata Living and Governance in NSW, Improving and Enhancing Strata Legislation, and OCN Strata Renewal Model. It is a consolidated summary of issues NSW strata owners are faced with in the day to day operation of strata schemes and the responses OCN proposes to deal with those issues based on the input of its members. Part 1 of the submission outlinesOCN’s vision for the whole-of-government measures required to transform strata ownership, strata living and strata management in NSW for the better. Parts 2 and 3 summarise proposed changes to the legislation. Comments are invited.
