Other Owner Names & Addresses

      I would like to get a list of other owner names and addresses for our building of 24 lots. Am I entitled to get one from our strata manager, say, by email? Or would I have to discover’ the list, as he puts it, myself after paying $40 to examine our strata’s files?

      Obviously I’m not going to tell him I want the list so I can write to all the owners to try and get him replaced because he’s such a slacko, am I!

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
