Owner building on common property

      What is the situation when an owner puts a building on common property.  With Owners Corporation permission?  Without Owners Corporation permission?  Who is responsible for ongoing maintenance of the building and the land on which it stands?  Can the Owners Corporation charge an annual fee for use of the common property?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
