      Hi there having just implemented a large special levy to fix concrete cancer on the day it was finally fixed  idiscovered more in my garage ceiling. If the EC agrers csn i pay enough money to get it fixed by putting alot of money into my strata account such that i am well ahead for levies and future special levies and am exempt from paying for other work in the future.  I would like it fixed sooner rather than later especially if i want to sell in a hurry. At the moment i feel like i have an apartment without a garage that i cant sell or rent out

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
