Owners being charged for Certificate of Currency

      Hi,

      Just asked my strata manager for our insurance certificate of currency and was was told a $25 fee applies. Can they really charge us for something we’ve already paid for (not to mention the nice little commission they received)?

      Just wondering what an owner’s rights are and if this is common practice?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
