      Who pays for the painting of the entry wooden door and rear wooden door in a townhouse/villa complex?  One SC member is saying that strata only pays for the painting of the front of the doors and not the rear of the doors that face into the townhouse/villa.   The complex is pre-1974.  Help please!  Confused
