A Contractor for $200000 maintenance works is proposing a 5 year interest free payment plan which seems too good to be true.

So instead of paying for the work done on completion the contractor is suggesting it can be paid for by 5 payments at $40000 a year.

I smell a rat.  Do you think there might be a rat somewhere?
