      There is this clause in Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 :

      QUOTE 

      Clause 18 of Schedule 2 of SSMA 2015 sets out a requirement for Strata Committee Members to disclose at a strata committee meeting, as soon as possible after relevant facts have come to the member’s knowledge if :

      * the member has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter under consideration or about to begin consideration at a meeting

      *the member’s interest appears to raise a conflict with the proper performance of member’s duties to consider the matter

      UNQUOTE

      Can anyone point out a similar clause in Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 ?
