In a strata of 3 units, one of the owners is taking down wooden lattice that extends the boundarty fence (lattice was put in by prior owner with no strata approval, nor strata payment).

They are then erecting a wooden extension to the existing fence, which has been verbally approved by the neigbouring property to the same height as the lattaice was – a more permanent, less see through option.

The fence is obviously strata property and as such should the sinking fund be paying for the extension (or making some sort of payment)?

      Thanks
