Permission for exclusive use of Common Property

      Are there any circumstances when permission can be given by Executive Committees or Strata Managers for any part of Common Property to be used exclusively by an Owner or Occupier? Eg sections of Garden or Visitors’ car space.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
