Hi, (I hope) just a quick question. Is Strata responsible for repair of a water pipe to a villa (not shared with another property), after the meter but still external, no damage to property? Is it similar for sewerage? TIA

Hi there, in our experience, if got the query ‘right, ‘checking the actual boundaries with the official water people; also if necessary, an independent retail plumbing service, may provide you with answers. Good luck!
