I am in Queensland and it is not my desire to have pets in apartments, but a lot do – so each to their own.

Some Committees and Caretakers are going to have to  lift their game and refrain from imposing unreasonable requirements on those who do wish to have pets. Having to carry a sizeable dog up numerous flights of stairs is plain ridiculous!

Quite appropriate it is brought to our attention on this site and others , like Unit Owners Association Queensland.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
