Pool use and a complaint

      We live in a strata block of 2 apartments. The pool is on level 2, our neighbours are on 3 & 4, we are on 5 & 6.

      In summer only (now!) I swim most mornings, never earlier than 8am, usually around 8.45am. Today my neighbour sent a text complaining that she was “woken by the sound of swimming” and “probably when you are kicking” and “is there anything different from last year”.

      In the past, this woman has asked me not to swim for a week while she conducted a photo shoot in the area for her personal company. She asked me to ensure the kitchen door was locked in case any one hides in there (how they would get there is another matter, going through 2 security doors and a lift with a swipe). She asked me to move my few pieces of swim gear while they are having inspections as they are trying to sell. I complied with all these requests. NOW she tells me I kick too loudly! I plan to tell her to jump. Your thoughts please?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
