Portal to view expenditure

      At our recent AGM strata manager promoted “transparancy” of financial transactions and portal where owners could view expenditure. However, when I tried to access this portal (as secretary) requesting a password from strata manager, I was told that a motion needed to be put at the next EC meeting to the effect that the EC would be responsible for timely payment of all invoices should this portal be used.

      Should EC have access to view day-to-day expenditure given that there have been some “mistakes” in the past without taking responsibility for payment of all invoices.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
