Hi gang. I’m a 1st time poster but long time reader.

I am wondering what powers a proxy has in specific regards to offering opinions in relation to committee matters. I have an example of an individual acting as proxy for an elderly parent. I dont have a problem with this person voting at AGM and other matters, but I don’t agree with their having an opinion and being actively involved in committee conversations. We are a small block with a small committee. Any advice offered would be fantastic…

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
