Problems with EC

      In my strata building with 16 units, there are two people on the EC.  My husband and another owner, who we bought our townhouse from, and he also owns 5 other townhouses.

       

      Is this a legal committee ?

       

      I would like the committee to be more affective and active, at the moment it is not.  The other owner does not live in the building.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
