Proxy Limitation??

      Are they any limit on how many proxies can one person hold to vote in a meeting? If one person holds 10 proxies, does it mean a show of hand by him represent 10 + 1 (self) votes?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
