We have a General Meeting coming up in our block of 48 in Chatswood. There are three important items on the agenda. The agenda is already out, mailed and emailed to owners, there was no previous warning this meeting was coming up.
I would like to have another issue simply raised and ‘discussed’ either on or off the record.
Should I simply wait and seek permission to raise it in the meeting? Or email the Strata Manager whom powers are religated to, indicating I want to have the identified issue ‘discussed’? Or pose it as a question to the Executive Committee ‘on notice’ or something?
I posted this under Executive Committees hoping it is the right place. Couldn’t see a topic for ‘meeting procedure’.
