      For Exec C’tee Meetings:

      1. Who is responsible for providing EC members with an Agenda and all the background information needed upon which to make a decision at an ECM?

      Is it the managing agent or the secretary?

      2. If everyone but one member is given all the necessary background information needed to be able to make an informed decision, then what action can the bullied EC member take? Who can he complain to and what is the likely outcome of such a complaint?

      After all, how can he vote at an ECM  on facts and opinions that have been concealed from him.
