Recycling bin raiders

      Hi flat chat,

      With the NSW container recycling scheme now operating an interesting circumstance has appeared with bins being raided by anyone looking for a fast buck. Given that bins are on common property well within the property boundary bin raiders are effectively trespassing to recover containers. 

      Have the knowledgeable flat chat people come across this before? Is there a way to protect both residents and their waste from trespassing bin raiders?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
