Remote Garage Entry

      I was given a remote entry key to the main entry gate of the strata block when I first moved in but it was not programmed to open the gate. I was told by the EC it was my responsibility to pay the $90 to get it programmed to open the entry gate. I borrowed someone else’s in the meantime. Is this key part of the common property which should have been handed to me in working order?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
