Just wondering what the legal requirements are for someone planning on renovating a company title apartment? Do they need approval from the Board of Directors to be able to renovate the space that they occupy?

In addition, what are the procedures that a building must satisfy to change from a Company Title to a Strata?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
