Complex of 9 in WA. One owner with multiple breach notices. Can we as a council of owners issue a Cease and Desist before taking the final step of lodging with SAT for dispute resolution ? We would be seeking legal representation for both instances. Our line of thought is that a warning coming from a lawyer rather than previously us may be enough before we go to the more costly option of a professional SAT application and having to levy the owners for even more dollars.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
