      Hi Guys

I live in a strata block where most units have either a designated car space or a garage.  After parking in my own designated car space, I often find that someone deliberately has been putting screws in my tyres.

I have no idea who is doing it or why.

It seems to be a consistent and targeted problem as the screws are often embeded deeply into the tyres in such an angle that it must be deliberate. I have lost  5 tyres to this as well as a few tyre repairs.

I just want this practice to stop, as it costing time and money along with the anxiety of knowing that there are residents that are petty and nasty.

Is the body corporate ultimately responsible for not providing a safe environment?

What claims do I have if their inaction leads to a breach of my right as an owner to enjoy my lot freely without harassment.

Can I invoice the body corporate on any expenses incurred in having tyres fixed/ replaced?

Maybe if I do this, the body corporate may then take action against these individuals.

Any ideas would be most appreciated
