Replacing external doors

      I want to replace my balcony doors (which are currently sliders) with bi-folds. From reading posts in this forum I presume I need to create a Special resolution that allows me either exclusive use, or allows me to modify common property. Is that right?

       

      We have had some waterproofing issues around the doors and I am a little worried about taking over maintenance (esp as the water is probably coming in under the floor)

       

      Anyone have any experience around this ??

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
