Our executive committee spent 6 times more than the amount approved by the owners corporation for a works proposal. How can the owners corporation put a restriction on the executive committee so that this doesn’t happen again? The owners corporation wants to keep an eye on expenditure.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
