      At our recent risk assessment inspection, two issues arose.

      Swimming pools in small courtyards (ie above ground small kids pools) surrounded only by the courtyard fence – this is a breach and OC could be liable, even though not on common property

       

      Furniture and other junk in garage spaces – considered fire hazard

       

      Worth thinking about for EC and owners in general

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
