There’s a late arrival on the Flat Chat Forum this week and it’s a cracker.

A committee member who isn’t even an owner and lives in the block next door – he’s nominated by his daughter – gives the strata manager instructions without consulting the committee and generally runs the building as his own fiefdom.  What can they do? That’s HERE

And apart from all the ongoing debates – and some of them do go on –  there are a few new issues keeping the Flat Chat Faithful on the ball.

Can we sell unused visitor car spaces to owners?  That’s HERE.

Can we really block Airbnb with by-laws?  And can we suggest one? That’s HERE.

Who is responsible for balcony doors in a 46-year-old building? That’s HERE.
