The Forum has been busy this week with a variety of questions: straight, curly and occasionally just a little bit crazy.

What do you do when your committee ignores an order from NCAT.  That’s HERE.

Why it’s important to tell us where you are living (and please don’t say Hell – we’ve heard it all before).  That’s HERE.

How do you get a new strata manager when the old one won’t play ball?  That’s HERE.

An owners corp pipe in the owners corp floor needed repairing.  Now they’re refusing to pay for repairs to the carpet they ripped up so they could do the repair.  Who foots the bill.  That’s HERE.

Are all strata committees “from Hell” – or just THIS Flatchatter’s?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
