      What do I do? I am, I hope, a good and responsible landlord. My tenant cleared up all the rubbish other tenants had left and that STRATA would not pick up.

      He began tidying up the garden areas that had been neglected by STRATA and made the place look really good. Then somebody didn’t like it and complained. STRATA ordered that he remove all the flowers, plants, pots etc.

      No sooner had he done that when the new tenant next door started leaving rubbish again. STRATA have written to me and say it is my job as owner to remove it. Looking at the photos. it isn’t too bad but it’s not on my property but on the shared property.

      I have written to STRATA telling them to stop persecuting my tenant and myself!!!

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
