Hello

could you please recommend a company, who could provide a report of 12 balustrades/balconies, if they are safe.

With no defects identified, the OC is seeking a statement as to the physical conditions of the balustrades/balconies.

we are requesting a structural statement, but do not require a load test on the balustrades.

We need to assess the condition of the balconies/balustrades, if they are safe.

alinka – perhaps contact Integrated Consultancy Group (they’re sponsors of this Forum) or search using the filtering feature through the Association of Consulting Structural Engineers (NSW) for a company with similar strata experience.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
