      I’d just like to point out that Struggler has now posted more that 300 times to this forum, making him not just a StrataGuru but a National Strata Treasure.

      Now we all have to be nice to him so he doesn’t go off and live in a house.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
