We have a SC member who recently overpaid her levies by several thousands of dollars and a few days later had that sum refunded by the strata agent to her.

This took place without informing the Owners’ Corp.

Is this accepted practice by a SC?

Can I as an owner (but not on the SC) ask to see on whose authority the refund was made? Why wasn’t the decision to pay back owners’ funds not taken to the OC for a vote?

I’m not sure what the problem is, the owner paid more than they should have and asked for a refund.

Why should the OC have to approve it, the owner doesn’t owe the OC anything.

Being on the Committee is irrelevant.
