SCA Strata Management Agency Agreement – 2016 version?

      I’m in NSW.  All the SM Agency Agreements I’ve seen recently are based on the SCA 2012 template.  Has this template been updated to reflect the new legislation?  How can I get a copy of the new template?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
