Sec 19 General meeting requested by owners

      2015 Act Section 19 Words are: “must convene a general meeting . . . . . not later than 14 days after receiving a qualified request”.

      Q1.  Does “convene” mean actually hold the meeting ?

      Q2.  Is Sec 19 complied with by giving a notice of a future meeting within 14 days (time of future meeting may be three months away) ?
