      interested in hearing about any experiences of a secretary of a scheme acting unilaterally and without a meeting engaging a legal firm to provide advice. The question was asked at AGM about the legal costs for the OC to date. Secretary could not answer but the over run was noted in March  and another legal action instigated  without a EGM, knowing that it would  start the new financial with $10,000 less than the budgeted item of $20,000.
