Just wondering if anyone can help on this one.

In NSW – 42 residential block with 2 x common property entry/exit doors (one from internal garden foyer area and the other leads onto the footpath/street) into each (4 all up) residential wings. Although there are prominently displayed signs to please shut and lock the doors on said doors, the doors are invariably left open.

If initial access is gained by entry of these doors being unlocked into the building and then forced entry is gained into a lot, would lot owner’s home insurance claim (if so) be rejected?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
