Selling common property.

       I would like to read the actual legislation concerning sale of common property.

      I’ve looked at section 52 of the strata management act, however this does not really give much detail.   Can anyone tell me exactly what section of the Act to read?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
