      There are numerous problems with serviced apartment groups leasing all lots in a strata plan and then using their contracted proxies to run the Owners Corporation any way they wish and effectively and progressively reduce the capital value of the entire estate.

       

      Is anyone having any specific problems with their serviced apartment operator in their strata plan?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
