      Who set the amount to contribute towards the sinking fund? Is there a method to work out the contribution per unit towards the sinking fund? Should the sinking fund be the same amount for all units within a block?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
