      Hi Flatchatters,

      If owners in a NSW strata scheme refuse to install a battery powered smoke detector, its an older building, can the OC install one & then on charge the owner? 

      If so, may I get the section of the appropirate Act please.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
