      Hi All

      The son of an executive committee member likes to smoke out on the rear external stairs. I’ve spoken to his parents but not change. How to handle this? This relationship with the other owner is already very strained.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
