      If a statutory strata manager is appointed in NSW to repair common property, how can you guarantee that due process is employed and the best prices for repairs are obtained rather than the manager employing mates at inflated rates?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
