Do I have to give the Strata Committee access to my lot (roof terrace)? We have previously given access for abseiling window cleaners, but every time they cause damage to our terrace, and we don’t want to allow them up there any more.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
