Hi folks,

Can anyone please point me in the direction of a specialist Strata Lawyer in Perth or surrounding northern suburbs ? I’m on the council for our strata and have had an ongoing issue with an owner with harassment and abuse for the last 12 months. Prior history with this owner and her abusive behaviour with all current and past owners and tenants. Even the strata company. She’s had 3 breach letters and our strata manager has advised that it may be wise to get a legal letter sent if she continues her anti social behaviour or chooses to respond to the last notice. She has threatened the council as such. I am aware of SAT but want to get individual advice first and ultimately don’t want to spend our strata funds with that avenue.

Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
