      Our EC and SM have been negotiating a new agency agreement. At the beginning of the negotiations he said he will not, as is current,  charge us for Schedule B services however he has now submitted the completed document to us including charges for Schedule B. Surely they should not be included in the SMAA if he’s not charging for those services?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
