Strata Manager Agreements in Qld

      We have a Strata Manager who knows diddly squat, and we want to get rid of them. We have their typed Agreement which states that they were signed up from 2015-2018, but it is hand dated and signed 2 September 2017.

      Dose this make it an invalid or illegal document? Should we take it to QCAT?

       

      We don’t seem to have a copy of the Agreement with the Minutes of the meeting when he took over managing our scheme.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
