Strata Manager – high email delivery charge?

      Hello,

      Our Strata Manager charges for email delivery at 55c per page applied as follows…

      55c x number of pages in each email attachment x numbers of recipients

      So the move from print to electronic delivery can be quite expensive!! For example to send our 40 page AGM agenda to 7 owners they charge us…

      55c x 40 x 7 =$154

      Wondering if others find this expensive? I realise internet provider charges for commercial enterprises is probably higher than all inclusive home provider charges but this seems excessive to me.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
